Our apprenticeship provision meets the new apprenticeship standards and combines the following elements to ensure apprentices meet the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours expected, the 20% off the job requirement and are ready for the end point assessment.
The Learner Experience
To ensure that all learners have the greatest experience, we dedicate time and attention to our enrolment and induction processes so that we understand fully how we can support each and every learner throughout the duration of the course as well as supporting progression, post apprenticeship through the Information, Advice and Guidance we offer. We continuously assess and review progress with apprentices and are in regular contact with employers to ensure a triangulated approach to communication and progress monitoring.
Functional Skills support will be identified within the enrolment and a tailored plan put in place by our functional skills lead.
